Your the boss of an organization that sells widgets. a long time employee that has been loyal but never partially successful asks you for your help he cant afford to retire and he'd like an easier schedule an a little more pay what would you do?
It depends on who the person is and what his/her situation is. If its a liable reason of why he/she needs less hours and more pay that can be worked out. But if their just lazy and wants more pay with less hours then no.
